Only 1 of the SoccerStar players in our guild has actually received a code. My w5 account is connected to my primary mailaddress and my w6 is connected to my secondary mailaddress and I received nothing on both.
Yes, I also checked spam. Nothing there. I know you're super busy but it would be nice to have a fix for that...

Yes, I have received messages from him/her aswell.
I also already told her that she would need to continue growing a bit, as she's lower than our lowest member at the moment. She should join soon if she keeps up her pace.
