Internet connections with no reason

This is a problem not only me have faced with but many more people .

Sometimes even when my internet is good , the soccer star ( shakes&fidget too) not working with the reason of " internet connections " . It tooks some minutes to be again normal but sometimes with a simple refresh fixed .

Maybe it is a server problem and can playa fix it please ?

in addition:
I often have that on all servers not only on the international but also on the s8 and s9 and so on. there are different messages, sometimes you have to go to the profile and then back then it goes again. i play on explorer and chrome, it's the same for both.
also that you will be logged out at 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. when the games begin. there is a thread in the german forum. this was fixed at the time, but is currently occurring in the international servers.
holle and leander please do not ask me about my versions of explorer and chrome and the other information for a proper report. i can't tell you. I just wanted to add the message from tasos.
