I thought that you're talking about the messages in this thread
And so - it's a problem with the Russian coding in the game, and not secret code Russian
We communicate using the English alphabet, we write Russian words in English letters, which is not very convenient because it lacks some of the letters of the Russian alphabet in English alphabet.
