First they didnt want to do it, because I used the 100% offer on both Servers.

After I discussed with them they offered me that they delete the extra Stars on W3 and transfer the actual Stars from my W3 Account to my W4 Account.
But for this transfer they have to delete your old Account.

EDIT: If the Spanish Support wont help you, you can contact Holle in the german Forum

As posted some days ago, here's a solution that helps solve the complaints about having a star sale, then starting a new server but is also in line with our rules on the +100% offers:

if you bought stars for your W3 account on February 23rd or 24th, please send a support ticket and we'll see what we can do for you!
